My tried and true smoked pulled pork recipe features an NC style rub, smoked with hickory wood chips for 4 hours, followed by 8 hours in the oven. This is my "go to" for family gatherings and parties.
Lean and tender, my smoked pork tenderloin recipe features an NC flavored marinade, smoked with apple wood chips for 1 hour and 45 minutes, followed by 2 hours in the oven.
My Smoked pork ribs recipe features an NC style rub, smoked with pecan wood chips for 1 hour and 45 minutes, finished in the oven for 1.5-2 hours.
